Interviewed with three people (Dean, Assoc Dean, Director) in the nursing department. All were very kind. Very informative. Questions were not difficult but intuitive. Spent about 1.5 hours at interview talking. Spent time getting to know about me, CBU, and the program. Second interview will be presenting a lesson plan to a group. This group will include the Provost, Dean, and other group of people within the university, all which all have terminal degrees with teaching experience. These ladies made me feel very comfortable. I was quite impressed at what CBU is moving to accomplish and with the three interviewers. All very professional and very kind. Glassdoor is requiring I submit the outcome of the interview. I still have one more interview before a decision is made.
