Submitted application and received an invitation for an On-demand interview. The interview allowed you to record as many times as you need before submitting it. The questions were pretty basic getting to know you questions, no scenarios.

Contacted by the recruiter in mid-July, attended a "meet & greet" at the end of July. Upon arrival there was well over 100 new grads there. Each one of us was told to pick 2 departments to choose from ( out of Med-surg, Telemetry, ICU and Float) then after waiting for over an hour in a line, we were told to pick 1 department. It felt very impersonal, and was very disorganized. Myself, along with a few other classmates, never heard back regarding our status or decision.
