Interview was informal and brief. They asked no personality questions, rather questions about past experience. There was no negotiating of the pay range but this is just a season job for college kids. They did not contact any refrences and was told they would contact me later that week. They did and offered me a job. Overall, this was the easiest interview I have ever had for a summer job.
