Entrevista
I applied online and got a call from a recruiter within 2 days. Then a second call with an engineer for technical screening. Then an on-site interview scheduled next week. The on-site interview took place at Irvine, CA which lasted 4-5 hours. The interview was quite technical and engaging. I was surprised they've been looking for the "best" candidate for almost 5 months. I figure they have to draw a line at some point to make a hiring decision and move forward to developing their products.

The recruiter called me we had a good conversation and he told me he would get back in two days. He then never got back to me. When I followed up he said someone else was taking over and gave me their name. No one ever got back to me.

Entrevista
HR, Hiring manager and then panel interview with 6 people. Total 7-8 interviews with your presentation. During panel interview, the employees are random with huge and less experienced. 45 min each person and no one will give you time to ask the question from your side.
