HR called me and scheduled the Interview. She was really great. Then she scheduled my interview with Team Lead, who was probably inexperienced at taking interviews. He asked me about my background and asked me a few basic questions on RTOS, which I was able to answer. Then I got a coding question that I was asked to implement in C. The question was pretty basic and I was able to implement it quickly though I got some errors initially. During the Interview, I felt the bias and based on his interest, He had already made his mind to reject when he began. He didn't try to know what I am specialized in or my skillset. I would really recommend reading more reviews about their interviews and learn how to deal with these situations. Otherwise, this would prove to be a waste of your valuable time and effort. Keep applying to other companies as well and not rely on them, as their values don't seem to be great. At the end, I got a rejection after 4 days of the interview.

Interviewed at the CA location somewhere. The interviewer was younger and he seemed new there. Was more nervous than me honestly. Honestly did not like the experience because I could have done better and I was just thinking through the problems but he just assumed I didn't know and just gave me hints to solve it. Also, the way he asked questions did not make sense and I was trying to clarify and he again just assumed that I didn't know it seems like. I was excited for this opportunity, I wish that I had a better interviewer.
