Entrevista
I was contacted by HR first then quickly had a second interview with whom would be my supervisor. However, she received a promotion, events became cumbersome, and I felt like I was interviewing with a totally different firm partially due to the promoted employee.
I was given a case study to complete and had to present to a panel. For the case study's objective, it was extremely ambiguous and misleading after the panel provided their criticism. In hindsight, I dodged a bullet because it appears there are a plethora of moving parts and no definitive goals.

Entrevista
Interviewing at Rivian was the least professional recruiting process I've ever experienced. The recruiter addressed me improperly, ignored my follow-ups (despite them recruiting me for the role), and mis-named several of their own colleagues throughout the interview process, introducing hiring managers over email and Zoom by the wrong name. They were unable to clearly explain the role, compensation, start date, or vision for the company. When asked about the joys of working at Rivian, I repeatedly heard "stock options" and nothing more.
