Entrevista
Interview conducted within a short period with a manager/director. Overall, the interview went well but the discussion and conversation was not as positive an experience. The questions were generic in nature and didn't offer an opportunity to highlight the type of work and challenges expected. The relevance of my experience and what qualities and values I can bring to the table.

Entrevista
Had a hiring manager and 5 virtual on site rounds. I spent so many hours talking to the hiring team only to hear I am not technical enough and I was repeatedly asked about size of the company I come from. There is a senior platform manager and director who were already judging me and not ready to listen when I tried to explain and was rushing through the questions and at the end of all the process I was told I didn’t go in detail on various aspects. If ever get interviewed by him forget this job his only intention was to reject people. I felt there was a bias that I came from company with lesser employee. Overall not worth it to get interviewed here. Overall disappointing. My advice: don’t waste your time here

Panel interviews. Panel size and length of the interview depends on the level of the position. 3 person panel, 45 minutes total 2 person panel, 45 minutes per panel Individual panels - 4 people, 45 minutes each

The questions are very technical for the specific department/role you apply to. You are asked about specific challenges within that role and how you would solve it. You are also asked to give examples based on previous experiences in that role.
Dragged on for months with lots of empty promises. By the end the Salary was cut by more than half from when they started. Scaling way too fast for themselves
