I applied through the portal for two roles and submitted my resume along with a pitch. The recruiter contacted me and we had a very friendly video interview. I thought we hit it off, although there were a couple questions that through me off. The recruited followed up with me to say he would schedule me with the next step, and then continued to reach out for weeks apologizing for the delay but the role was not budgeted yet but to keep them up to date on my happenings. I followed up with them monthly and never heard back.
