The Ghosting is real. Connected with a technical recruiter early in December and had a fantastic engagement. came away with instructions that a round two would be scheduled with the hiring manager. Was told I was a shoe-in due to my manufacturing and ERP experience, so I was hoping to have a technical interview for a round 2. 6 weeks went by and no word back from Rivian. attempted to reach out to the recruiter with no response before and after Christmas and New Years.

The process took 2 weeks: a standard screening, interview with a manager, and a virtual onsite panel with technical, system design, and behaviour. Was rejected a week later. Overall, good experience, very responsive recruiters. All interviews were conversation heavy, but still left time to ask questions and get extensive answers. Although actual feedback after the final stage would be way better than an automated "unfortunately" rejection.
