Apply thru online and received a msg scheduling me for Examination at RCBC Savings Corporate Centee in BGC, Taguig(Thursday). Exam is neutral. It covers Mathematical Ability, Analytical and Verbal(English). Then after exam, HR Interview. My interview was very quic. The next day, Friday, HR called me to attend an interview at RCBC Plaza in Makati the following week, Tuesday. The interview went well. They are very approachable. There were 2 interviewers. A week after the interview at RCBC Plaza, I got called by HR that i was chosen for the job.

There will be an exam assessment and classic interview. It was way back 2018, so there be changes now. The recruiter is approachable, so you can ask and approach them
