The hiring manager I dealt with is no longer there. They hire new applicants in sporadic groups, so your resume may not get touched for a long time, with no reaching out to you. The interview was held in the salon, in a not-so-quiet area, near where clients wait. There is a fountain so it doesn't feel like anyone can snoop, but it still didn't feel like a great spot to be interviewed since so much was happening around us. For Guest Relations, there are no second interviews. Truthfully, it is much easier to get the job if you are a friend of a current employee -- the majority of applicants they hired while I was there had a connection (I did as well).
