I was interviewed at bosch recently.it was through employee referral.They scheduled a call initially for technical round.The person didn't join and no intimation was given. I was waited in the call for 40mins no one join then I called HR and inform the same. HR itself was not aware why he didn't join hence it got rescheduled. Second time also person joined very late without any apologise over attitude and rude. He asked very basic to basic question even fresher can answer with introduction of myself (drop the table,create data frame in spark) . When I ask same he mentioned we will start with basic. He continued for 20mins for basic question and said that's it do you have anything. I was so surprised that he didn't ask anything from basic. I just ask about the project then call was ended. When I enquired about him(linkedin) the person took interview having less experience than me. I was surprised and shocked. With this basic question though I answered all I didn't get through which I could hear from my friend. If you are really not interested in giving job. Please don't waste candidate time.
