Very slow process and not great at communicating. They don’t seem to ever follow through or put resumes towards other roles. I’ve had better experiences with other staffing agencies. I would look at other places before I use them again; however, I’ve heard people who work at Robert Half are happy.

Working with this staffing agency is honestly a joke. Be prepared for them to make an initial phone call soon after you apply, then an interview, and then complete silence. They provide no updates to you and fail to contact you when they claim they will. Completely unprofessional; I have absolutely no faith in this agency to help me find employment or even "market me out" to potential employers. Seriously, don't waste your time. You're better off on your own.

Entrevista
Met separately with the Permanent and Temporary staffing recruiters in a conference room with a nice view. Asked if I'd like some coffee or water to drink. Friendly and courteous greeting from both recruiters, particularly since I had worked for Robert Half for about three years in the past. A couple of pleasant "ice breaker" questions asking if I had difficulty arriving at their office or about the weather.
