First interview was with the division branch manager who asked several personality questions as well as questions about my work experience. He then gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the position. Took a typing test as well. Second interview was with the regional vice president, and was shorter but interesting.

Very easy, they're not that selective, just learn to talk as a salesman and be results-oriented. The test was all on client situations where your motive is to close a sale. It's not even recruiting focused.
