Overall, this was a completely unprofessional interaction/process. A recruiter reached out to me about a role, we set a time for an interview, and she never showed up for the interview. A recruiter from Robert half reached out to me unprompted asking if I was interested in an open role. After confirming I was interested in learning more, we set up a time for an interview. She followed up and asked that I complete a form for her before the interview and send an updated resume. I set aside some time to update my resume and complete the form she requested and I sent out the information before the interview. Finally, we get to the time of the interview and she doesn't bother to show up. I reached out via email and phone and never heard back. After seeing on the reviews, it seems like this is a common process with the company.
