Phone call, in person interview, second interview with managers - met with the lead administrator and the branch manager for my division. Casual conversation - friendly and relaxed. They were very nice and seemed very interested in the culture fit

Formal phone interview, in person interview with management, tour of office. I called in asking about any open spots, there happened to be one, I shared my resume and was later called for a phone screening. I was then asked to come in and meet with management. Later on right before an offer was extended, I met with the team I would work with and had lunch.
