45 minute interview followed by a lunch with multiple team members. They asked me about my prior experience and why I want to work for them. All in all a straight forward interview

The interview process was seamless after they got my resume they matched me with a job in their system. It is needed temporary work and maybe full time if it’s your thing.
Very broad. Staff marketing agency with little to no feedback. A lot of different jobs posted on their careers site but no process for acquiring interviews. Operators did not seem at fault for the overload of entries.
