Extremely unprofessional, inappropriate, invasive, and unstructured. Got scheduled 6 interviews with management and different team members without a clear timeline, format, or structure, Complete waste of time. Got asked very personal and irrelevant questions that invaded my privacy - indication of a super toxic and unprofessional work environment. Hiring need was constantly shifting as well - went back and forth on the team I would be joining and the hiring needs. Had to withdraw from it to stop loss

3 rounds (General) 1st Round (Screening) 2nd Round (Manager/Colleague) 3rd (Country Director) Overall it is fairly simple - Understand what recruit is and focus on being partner to client and being able to find solutions for client and candidates
