Went to an interview because a recruiter wouldn't stop chasing me. There was only one interviewer who kept interrupting me while I was presenting my portfolio and would flip pages forward while I was still speaking. Asked me whether I 'thought I was worth' my salary expectations, which I found very rude. From the way they explained the company structure, it seemed that you get shoehorned into doing the same thing without an option to expand into more technical/management role. Overall, I wanted to leave before the interview was even over.
