There is a very detailed and long interview process. The owner starts with a phone screening, then will interview you in person with one other employee. Then you will be brought in for a second in-person and final interview to meet the rest of the staff. You will have to take a DISC personality test, and they run a background check on you. They have a strict dress code so make sure to have a conservative appearance, and be up front about any tattoos you may have, as you will have to cover them during work hours.
