As soon as I submitted my resume and cover letter on indeed.com, I got an email asking me to complete an internet speed test and typing speed test. I then scheduled a 30min online video interview for the next day, done via google chat. Because I have already had previous scribing experience, the call mostly began with the interviewer introducing herself and then asking me to to introduce myself. From there, she asked if I had any questions. I asked some specific, insightful workflow questions about virtual scribing and then she skipped a lot of pre-planned questions based she realized I already knew a lot about what scribing entailed. She asked about my availability and at the end of the call, which went for 35mins, she told me she wanted to extend an offer. So I got hired within 2 days of submitting my application.

Informative, friendly and well-controlled. The interviewer kept the conversation moving, was able to answer all my questions and describe the job in great detail. Also, It was a more conversational interaction.
