Went through their 3rd party online screening and was invited onsite. Echoing what some others have said, had some completely insufferable and cocky interviewers that were new grads out of college. One MIT-grad interviewer spent the first twenty minutes talking about himself and left little time for the technical portion. To add to this, no questions (not even "tell me about yourself") were asked of me. Was he there to boost his own ego, or interview a candidate? Personally, I'm not sure. This was not an outlier case, as another interviewer exhibited similar behavior. Overall, my experience with this company has been that of extremely poor recruiter communication and appalling interviewer behavior. Robinhood seriously needs to take a look at how they interview and hire candidates. Declining their offer after this on-site experience.
