Recruiter was transparent about the process and what they are looking for. The initial call was brief and straightforward. I was asked about my background, my strengths in research methods, and interests.
Only made it to the initial open ended research white board, but it was well handled and plenty of information was given ahead of time. The recruiter was very communicative and able to answer all questions.
Three rounds of interviewing: recruiter, phone call with manager, then flew up to Menlo Park, CA for a day of interviews. Day of interviews was long, and felt peppered with questions. They provided lunch and an office tour. Didn’t provide feedback post interview however.
