Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Robins & Morton (Miami, FL) em jul. de 2021
Entrevista
The process was very simple, I interacted with the recruiter and spoke on the phone a couple times for preliminary phone interviews. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview. Both phone and in person interviews were very informal and personal. Simple questions about yourself. Nothing too corporate-y or "typical" interview questions.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Robins & Morton (Birmingham, AL) em fev. de 2018
Entrevista
It was intense but casual. When I say intense, I mean in regards to the fact that I was interviewed by probably 12 to 15 different people within the company at their corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The interviewers were superintendents, project managers, division managers, and other department heads. It was casual in the sense that most of the questions pertained to my upbringing, family life, my values and who I am as a person. There was however one gentleman who picked my resume apart and had tons of very specific questions.
