Very informal just the manager and I were in the interview room. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. We went into a small office in the back of the store. He invited me to come in and "chat" after I emailed him my resume in response to a craigslist ad. The process moved quickly as I went in the very next morning after I emailed my resume to him. I went in on a Wednesday and he informed me that he would be making a decision by Friday and hoped that Monday would be the start day for the position.
