3 stage interview, a zoom based set of individual and group-based tasks, a tour of the prospective centre and a chance to take part in a high activity such as the Trapeze.

Group interview consisting of the following tasks: - Icebreaker (Introduce yourself & free group discussion) - Main Task (15 minute children's TV episode w/ 50 minutes planning) - Problem Solving (Height and Age sorting, recreating unseen drawings from instructions from team member) - Discussion (Whole group, discussion prompts given. See questions below) The staff uses the following criteria to assess: - Communication - Enthusiasm and Positivity - Resilience - Supports Others - Reliability and Standards - Leadership - Problem Solving - Flexibility and Adaptability - Customer Focus You are rated 1-10 on each of these throughout the interview.
