I am sure this company is pretty decent to work for.. but I have to say this is the WORST interview process I have ever gone through even though I only gone through the phone screen. First, the recruiter called 10 minutes late. No apology or anything, but whatever right? After calling late, she then took 5 minutes to look up my application... so we were sitting in silence for those 5 minutes. Then, she proceeded to ask me about my experience while at the same time saying condescending and rude remarks like "that's all?" "you don't have any more experience?" Mind you, the job description said 1-2 years experience but I had 2-3. Throughout the interview, she was typing very slowly so at times I had to speak one word at a time while she typed out the word. On top of that, she asked me to repeat myself several times for each answer I gave. It was very much less of a conversation with a recruiter and more of me saying stuff and she just types what she hears. She kept telling me that she was doing me a favor by calling me to find out more because they had over 300 applicants. It seemed like she was trying to sabotage my application and only write down only negative things about me (though I'm not sure if this is true). I usually would not mind a recruiter being blunt with me and telling me I don't have enough experience but the way she said things just put me in a very negative mood. By 10 minutes into the call, it was very hard for me to keep a professional and optimistic tone. I no longer had interest in this company JUST because of this talk. I really hope they work on improvements for their HR/recruiters. TL;DR: I've never had a more condescending and rude talk with ANY stranger before. Do not want to work for this company solely from this phone screen.
