Interview process was fine and I liked the team but the recruiting manager who I had been in contact with said he wanted to "discuss next steps" with me which implies they're moving forward but they ended up rejecting me which is really misleading and blind-siding.

had a phone screen interview and no response from the recruiter. Followed up and still no response. wish they provide feedback after a screening. Other recruiters approached for the same company but said resume is in the system which blocked me to submit for a different role.
