Clear instructions. Timely response. Clear attitude. Open to discuss. Tests are interesting and engaging. But difficulties vary. One suggestion could be ensuring the difficulty level maintain consistent throughout all candidates.
Online Assessment followed by a fifteen minute recruiter call and then technical and a behavioral back to back. All processes are online and everyone was pretty responsive. The technical and behavorial was about 3 hours total
First OA then a two technical leetcode style interviews followed by a behavioral interview with a member on the team. Questions were around leetcode medium levels of difficulty. 45 mins for each technical and 30 mins for the behavioral.
