The interview process included a phone call with the recruiter, the director of operations, and another director who went into technical detail about the company infrastructure. After that was the onsite interview at the HQ, which consisted of meeting with 4 Directors and a VP. Surprisingly, it wasn't all that technical except for one director who I definitely enjoyed talking tech with and how the infrastructure was built in every technical aspect. The rest just asked general questions - goals, accomplishments, etc. It's a pretty small team - three of them are directors (lots of directors!). The recruiter was very helpful and professional - on top of everything and provided a lot of insight about the company, the interview process, and the people. Overall it was a good experience.
