Email pre-screen interview. The first round is a general question about mechanical linkages and generating bills of materials. Also has a critical thinking section asking the interviewee to analyze design aspects and make recommendations. The process is relatively slow and informal. Didn't offer any explanation for feedback on performance during interview.
