We do our best to set our talent up for success by determining their technical strengths, interests and preferred work methodology. Although it varies between roles, we have developed a basic four step process you described, including an initial screen, challenge, skills screen, and cultural screen for filling immediate and future hiring needs.. It might seem lengthy, but we have found this to be the most effective method for serving our candidates and clients’ expectations. Occasionally, things change and needs fall through. However, we still strive to find the right talent for future positions. We have a unique concept called the "Active Pipeline" which is like having superstar team mates who are ready to go on short notice to meet client demands.
