Very casual and unprofessional. I was sent the unconditional offer which I accepted verbally, however, I had some questions regarding the contract which I emailed and never received a response. Instead just a day before my joining date when I had arranged childcare and rejected other job offers and interview calls, Debbie (Managing Director) sent me a casual email stating the offer has been withdrawn. Throughout the recruitment process, Debbie arranged 3 calls with me, each of them at least an hour long. They simply wasted my time! This company and Debbie have caused me immense stress and financial constraints as I had to arrange additional childcare for my working days and also rejected an offer from another job and rejected interview calls based on my confirmation of employment with this company. Debbie texted me twice apologising and stating that she will call me at 5 pm the same day and the next day but she never did!
