It took 4 months to get a call back, and another 2 weeks before I got another call and in which they didn’t know which position I had applied to. There was often a disconnect in communication such as interview times, dates, emails, etc.
What would you do if you promised to stay with one of the youth so they could work in the studio but you received a call from one of your other youth that they were having a domestic dispute with their girlfriend?
