Entrevista
Interview consisted of an electronic HR questionnaire followed by a screening interview by two personal related to the role, and finally a panel interview of five senior personal, each of different sectors within the company. Based on the interview, technical skills and related experience on set scientific equipment were key deciding factors.

Questions were heavily focused on technical skills e.g. Describe your familiarity with next-generation sequencing technologies including sample preparation, sequencing and subsequent bioinformatic analysis.

Entrevista
The first interview was a video assessment. The second interview was with the lead manager, who was very nice and caring. The process felt open and thoughtful, with an emphasis on ensuring a good match for both sides. Process took very long (+5 months).

I usually always includes HR screening, panel interviews (two to four) and a seminar to the department on top of meeting with the hiring manager. The porcess can easily last 3 months.

I completed a phone interview following the initial screening call, but both interviewers asked very similar questions throughout the conversation, so I honestly could not tell which person was actually the hiring manager during the interviews.
