Multiple interviews with 2-3 Roche employees on each video meeting. I was asked the exact same questions each time, which were the same as the questions I was given to write responses to prior to the video interviews. When I made mention of it, I was told it is fine with a smirk. It felt clear they weren’t going to hire me. Not sure if is because I had a graduate level degree (same as supervisor), or because I am a minority.
