The recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin, asking if I'm open to discussing the position. (Confirmed that fully remote work is possible, and I would manage a team.) I had a call with a completely different recruiter who couldn't answer any of my questions regarding the position. He said the position does not include managing a team, and fully remote work is not possible. I told them I was not interested in the position. I never officially applied for this position.

Long, slow, not very descriptive of the real tasks. The actual job was very different with no credit for keeping the team happy and growing professionally. They just wanted google sheets to be filled and focused performance reviews on this

It was a horrible experience. If the leaders of an organisation are so self consumed, good luck with the future of this company. Kuddos to those who achieved a position but they forget to respect diversity and differences.
