Really poor interview experience. After 3 rounds of interviews (HR, hiring manager, panel), I was ghosted completely. HR did not respond to any emails at all or give any feedback. In fact, my application is still "active" on Workday. It's been 6 months. Expected better from Roche.

It was a great interview, they mainly ask about my personality and my studies and tell me some information about their company. The environment was calm and supportive, so at the end of the interview I wasn't nervous at all.
