I applied online via AvanGrid's website (as AvanGrid bought RGE recently). I was asked to conduct a phone screen with HR roughly 7 weeks later. Then they asked me to perform PSP (aptitude) testing followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager and their boss. Shortly after that (less than 2 weeks) they asked me for an on-site visit. During the on-site visit they interviewed me and had me take another test. After the on-site visit I received an offer within one week. Ended up declining as I had accepted another offer in the interim.
