Most of their job postings are not for actual positions. In short, they sell DirecTV at Costco. The first interview is ten minutes and consists of very simple questions. If they call you back the next interview consists of them going over the job description and what the job actually consists of.

I got an interview after 2 days of applying. The day of the interview I arrived to a small office with just a desk and computer and no one was there. I waited for 8 minutes until the interviewer arrived. Bu then 2 other people arrived also waiting for an interview. The whole process was rushed and unprofessional.
