Had a a screening call and was set very specific expectations on next steps that would occur and when. Was sent an org chart after the call etc so I'm confident it was legitimate. Then deafening silence. Followed up multiple times with nothing back, and finally received a sadly worded, unsigned generic decline via LinkedIn about three weeks later. The definition of lazy recruitment practice and reflects so badly on the org for such a senior role.
