Typical postdoc interview. I met with lab head, then I met with all the lab members. I talked about my research and had lunch with everyone. No one was grilling me, just asking me questions because they were curious. The lab head asked a couple questions just to make sure I knew my stuff - but he mostly just went by my letters of reference and my research summary.

There were 6 interviews with professors, including the one who wants to be my advisor. Most professors just chatted about science in general during the interviews, but some of them asked me more technical questions. There was an hour-long presentation I needed to do based on my PhD research, and I think the presentation was the most important part for the interview process.

Entrevista
Gave presentation. Received offer a couple weeks later. The professor runs the presentation. I met other members of the group. It lasted the whole day. The group members were really great.
