Disorganized Interview Process
I recently interviewed for a Data Scientist role at Amrock, and the experience was disappointing. The job expectations were unclear, and the interview felt unstructured, with minimal direction from the interviewers. I expected more technical depth, but the questions were quite basic, making it difficult to showcase relevant skills. Additionally, communication post-interview was delayed, leaving me uncertain about the status. Overall, the process seemed disorganized and could benefit from clearer expectations and a more structured format.

1st round - phone call from recruiter 2nd round- Q and A based on resume and behavioral questions with 4 members of team (including direct managers for the position) 3rd round- Same group of interviewers, Presentation based on one of the projects I have done by my own choice, more behavioral questions. 4- Offer
