I applied for Salesforce Developer position on July 15th, spoke to HR on July 17th. He said they would typically get back in 2-3 days. I waited for 3-4 days and called HR. Upon calling HR, he said only 1 person is working through all profiles and asked me to be patient and told me I should hear back very soon. I waited for one more week and emailed but he said I should hear something very soon. I waited for one more week and followed up once again after a week and asked if they are still considering me or not, he said yes but no further progress in interview process even after 3 weeks, I believe because one person is working through all the profiles.
If one person is working through all the profiles, this company has a bigger problem than hiring other roles. You should hire more HRs before hiring for other roles. You should let a candidate know he is rejected if you are no longer considering/ move further if you are interested. That is the number 1 responsibility of HR.
I would not recommend this company to anyone if you value your time, they don't give a heck to your time, there are much better companies out there which respect their potential candidates in every way.
Advice to Management: There's is a huge demand for Salesforce Developers and candidates can get at least 2 offers in a span of 2 weeks. If you wish to get good candidates, you need to expedite the interview process.

My experience with the company was good. It was a 3 round process 1 - Recruiter call 2 - Background call, basic questions, setting up expectations 3 - 1 hr Technical round call with scenario-based questions from your experience, resume, and basic salesforce concepts. Depending on the answers questions can get complex
