Applied for the position through a common job site on a Friday. Received a call to schedule a screening the following Monday. Had my initial screening on Tuesday than another phone interview on that Wednesday with the Senior Recruiter. It lasted the entire thirty minutes. My experience met their requirements. I was asked if the next training date would be convenient (yes). Was asked if the location of their office was convenient (yes). Was told they would chat with the CLT team to review my resume/conversation. Received a call from the Senior Recruiter two days later saying they had already filled up the slots for that particular training date and quickly left the call. The reasoning was very vague and was hoping for feedback that was a little more constructive for future. Then the following week I receive an email requesting feedback for their interview process. It was a great opportunity to share my perspective when declining the candidate. Once I completed the survey, they left me with consolation prize of receiving $500 off my next refi or purchase. Laughable. This worked out in my favor.

Basic interview, no surprises. Friendly atmosphere and appeared to be a great work environment. Employer seemed to be dedicated to retaining good employees. Chose and offer from a competitor but it was a tough choice. Good interview.
