Extensive and exhausting. The interview process was for their personal gain or practice. A total waste of time. The hiring manager was extremely rude despite putting me through a 3hour interview process with no intention of hiring. This was for them to take my ideas only. Not even a thank you no thank you, they just ghosted me.
