HR was very fast in securing a discovery call and laid out the interview process very clearly. Discovery call > Assessment > Interview with hiring manager. Problem encountered: Their budget was lower than my salary expectation, and they kept saying, "We'll expand our budget if you impress us" which doesn't sound very reassuring, plus it's a 3-in-1 job (UX writer, Content Strategist, Go to Market specialist). Got through to the third round, which is when they revealed their budget, where I rejected the opportunity as it didn't sound right. When asked for feedback, I told them why and was ghosted after that.
