The interview process was smooth. I was interviewed by the training/education RN. After we set up an interview date the same job recruiter contacted me to coordinate an interview as if they didn't track which applicants they've already contacted.

Spoke with the hiring manager over the phone where she asked me a series of questions about myself. I then went in for an in-person interview where I was asked 2 pages of pre-written questions.
