Applied via job portal and then reference. Talked with Recruiter. She liked the project and work experience. Scheduled a call with the hiring manager for technical Skype interview.
The techniacl interviewer asked about projects. And then quickly moved on to technical skill assessment. It was a series of three tests. 1. set of 15 MCQs to be solved in 5 mins. based on basic C and OOP concepts (pointers, class, objects,constructors) 2. find errors from a given block program. 3. A problem statement was given and was asked to write a code in 10 mins. (algorithm based)
I found it very tough. But it was a good experience.

Standard Interview mostly focus on Programming and Embedded systems knowledge. Phone Interview followed by onsite with hiring manager and 4 team members. All of the interviewers are professional and knowledgeable.
