They presented me with a number of hypothetical problems and how would I respond to each of them. They also asked me to describe three developmental areas of my personality without mentioning perfectionist or impatient.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interview, first with the manager followed by director. First round was mainly going through previous job history and experiences, getting to know more about you. Manager seems very easygoing and approachable, and the interview was fairly casual in my opinion. Second round consisted of mainly situational questions.
